Office Project Full Groundworks Package

This is a current ongoing project we are doing for a company building new offices. We have currently been on site for seven weeks and have been busy getting the site up and running.

We started off with the initial setup of the site perimeter using chapter eight barriers owned by the client. Once the site setup was complete, we began the site clearance. Demolishing existing buildings and removing all trees and vegetation.

Once this was completed, we stripped all the topsoil and began to reduce the level for the car park and buildings.

We then proceeded to get all the storm drainage inside the car park installed, including two soakaways. Once the drainage was installed, we used type one limestone to build the car park ready for concrete lorries to access the site for the foundations to be dug and poured.

The foundations were dug and concreted and are now set out by our engineer ready for the substructure blockwork to be built.

Update to the project we have now led some the kerbs to the car park and access road, while the brick layers were building the substructure blockwork.

The blockwork is now complete and we have begun laying the drainage and services for the main building.

There is still plenty of work to come on this job with a sewage treatment plant to install, kerbs to lay around the car park, new access road and all the external works.
