Large landscaping project in Andover

This project in Andover was to bring a front and rear garden back to life after our client bought the house. The gardens were completely unusable, this project also included increasing the width of a concrete drive, and re routing the garden fence to allow the drive to be widened.

We started by clearing all the overgrown vegetation and taking down the old steps at the back door. We then prepped the patio area and path to the garage. Once prepped, we laid the patio before moving onto adjusting the fence ready for widening the drive. Once this was complete, we imported topsoil and turf to finish the rear garden.

With the rear garden complete, it was onto the front garden, which again had a lot of clearance before we could start to form the garden. Once cleared, we introduced a timber edge to enclose the new turf area and a shingle border outside the turf. The existing fence around the garden was rotten and needed replacing, so we installed a post and chain system, which finished the garden off nicely.

This was a very rewarding project to work on, and the client was extremely happy with the final result, as are we.

If you have a jungle that needs taming, Broughton’s would love to work with you to achieve the garden you desire.
